Join BC Water & Waste Association (BCWWA) for a one-day seminar, featuring speakers from across BC and abroad, who will present research findings, policy information and applied examples of how to best produce and manage energy from wastewater and other water sources. Attendees at this cutting-edge seminar will:
- Hear about the design and operational challenges and successes for resource recovery projects.
- Understand Integrated Resource Recovery (IRR) from the provincial government perspective, and learn about project funding opportunities.
- Discover new research and innovative technologies that are helping make resource recovery projects a reality in BC.
Included in your registration is an optional morning tour of the Southeast False Creek Neighbourhood Energy Utility (NEU). The NEU uses innovative resource recovery technology to provide heat and hot water to nearby communities, and is an excellent working example of many of the topics we will be discussing throughout the seminar.
