Pecha Kucha on Water and Salmon

WWF’s Freshwater Ambassador Scott Niedermayer is hosting a Pecha Kucha Speakers event on the topic of water and salmon on December 4th.

The event will start at 7:00pm with reflections from Scott on why water is important to all of us.

Following that Pecha Kucha speakers include Linda Nowlan, WWF-Canada on the top ten reasons why BC needs a new Water Act, Amy Huva, on  What BC can learn from Australia,  Julia Ko formerly with Alberta’s Water Matters on what BC can learn from Alberta and Ken Ashley of the Rivers Institute on Water and salmon: threats and solutions in BC.

With music by River and the Road

The event will take place at the HiVE,
128 West Hastings, Suite 210, Vancouver.
