The series builds on SFU’s diaspora programming, which aims to connect academics, diaspora communities, and the Canadian public in order to better understand the role and potential of diaspora in creating change.

Youth facilitators from Peace it Together, a Vancouver-based organization, will host a
dynamic session in which participants will explore this question using short films and
interactive exercises.
