Richmond Food Security Society Presents “The Greenhorns”

Join the Richmond Food Security Society in the screening of The Greenhorns movie, a documentary that follows new farmers in the trials and tribulations of learning the ropes in farming. Sure to inspire any budding urban farmers, backyard gardener, school garden coordinator, and anyone who just plain eats!

Date: Friday, October 14th
Time: 7-10 pm
Venue: Ralph Fisher Auditorium, Richmond Hospital, 7000 Westminster Hwy
Cost: Free screening

A panel discussion, including Peter Ladner and local growers will take place after the screening.

There is free parking in the gravel lot off Westminster Hwy. And the hospital is about 10 minute walk from the Brighouse Canada Line station. Both the 401 and the 407 pass by as well.
