Did you know that Vancouver residents can turn their street into a park? Neighbourhood Greenways are mini-parks that meet the needs of a community: blocking off portions of a street for gardens, walkways, bikeways, and more.
Dialogue alumni Julien Thomas has created a collaborative board game for street transformation, and is hosting a game play next Tuesday afternoon at part of the Langara College Sustainable Communities Summer School. It normally costs $10 which covers food and drink, but it’s only $5 for students.
